Select staff member and template. System generates PDF and sends secure signing link via email.
Track & Sign
Staff click link, review PDF, and sign electronically. System records signature with timestamp.

- Signing links expire after 30 days (configurable)

Yes. Electronic signatures are legally binding under UK Electronic Communications Act 2000. We record timestamp, IP, and consent.
Not yet. Each contract is issued to one staff member. Bulk issuance (e.g., seasonal workers) is planned for 2026.
Status changes to 'Declined'. You receive email alert and can follow up manually. Declined contracts are logged for audit.
No. Once issued, contracts are immutable. You can void and reissue if terms change.
