Each rota suggestion, replacement recommendation, or AI-assisted draft counts as one action. Viewing or approving suggestions doesn't use actions—only generating new ones does.
Each admin seat includes 1,000 actions per month. For example, 3 admin seats = 3,000 actions/month. There's a hard cap of 50,000 actions/month; contact sales if you need more.
You'll see a notification when approaching your limit. Once reached, AI suggestions pause until the next billing cycle. Manual rota building and standard talent matching remain available.
Absolutely. Copilot is optional. The standard talent matching system is always available too.
Never. Every suggestion is just that—a suggestion. You click 'Approve' to confirm each assignment.
